My second teenager just got his braces off last week and I have one daughter to go. So you can see that we have been and will be a patient for some yet. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cook and his staff. Whitney is the kind hearted young lady and face of Cook Orthodontics who always greets you when you walk through the door. The girls in the back cut up and really try to relate to the kids. Dr. Cook is just a wonderful man who dresses for all occasions to make patients laugh and always show them that life is about having fun too. I had a stubborn child who took longer because he didn't follow directions, and rather than lecture him, Becky always had her way of cutting up with him and made him understand the importance of what he should be doing. I love this group and so does my family, and we would not recommend anyone to go anywhere else. Cook Orthodontics is AWESOME IN EVERY WAY!

I am a new patient of Dr. Cook's and I have had a wonderful experience so far. Dr. Cook is extremely helpful and explained everything to me in great detail to help me make a decision about what treatment was best for me. Everyone in the office has been very friendly and welcoming. I was very surprised and impressed that Dr. Cook called me personally the day after I had my braces put on to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions for him. I would recommend Dr. Cook to anyone.
We moved to the area from Boston. We had 3 girls already in braces. As soon as we got here, one of our daughters broke a bracket and we hadn't even looked into a local orthodontist office yet. I called around and no one could help. I called Cooks Orthodontics. I didn't even have to explain our situation totally when the receptionist said to bring her in. This office is remarkable. They fixed her bracket and didn't even charge me. Right then, I scheduled their free consultation to become Dr. Cooks patients. Brought them in and Dr. Cook thoroughly explained what needed to be done. They not only worked with me on a payment plan...but at a point when it got to be financially hard for me, without hesitation figured out a way for me to make lower monthly payments. I gain nothing by giving this information. But, hopefully this information will gain Dr. Cook more patients. He and his ENTIRE staff are absolutely wonderful. There is not one exception. 5+ stars!!!
Cook Orthodontics is a first class operation. I wish all doctor offices ran as on time and as smoothly as Cook Orthodontics. My son has been a patient for over a year now and it is never an issue to get him to go. The support staff is amazing. They take great care of the details and make my son feel very comfortable.
