I reserved a Luxury Sedan for my Vacation. I called and verified 2 days ago. I showed up this morning to pick it up.....non available. Manager and owner were aware of situation but did not notify me. They tried to rent me other vehicles that I did not want. Bottom line...did not come through with the vehicle I requested then tried to rent me something I did not want. Totally unacceptable.
Whenever I call in a rental the agents are super helpful and quick.
