Always screw up my takeout order. Order two orders of sushi, two orders of chicken fried rice, and salads. Asked for extra yum yum sauce, they even charged me for extra yum yum. Get the food, no yum yum or soy sauce. Not a fan of Zuki’s plain rice and chicken or the sushi and no soy sauce. When I called in this evening the young gal working rudely asked me what she was supposed to do about it and that they closed in ten minutes. I then asked if there was a manager present and she laughed and said no, when I asked her name she promptly hung up. I don’t know, but this doesn’t seem right to me...
Sat forc15 minutes waiting for a seat. Lady tells us the hibachi grill is closing for afternoon. After we had waited the 15 minutes mind you. She says We can sit on other side. We went for the grill entertainment. We decide to ear elsewhere. Get to my car it's not 2:00 yet it's 1:42. They don't close till 2. Won't be spending my money there.
I don't know if the food is any good, we didn't get to eat there. We had reservations 3 weeks ahead and they gave our table away. We went elsewhere.
Tonight I was "greeted" with the most angry, pissed, stressed, NON-FRIENDLY hostess I've ever encountered. She was constantly rolling her eyes behind customers as they were seated or a huge attitude if she had to answer any questions. I understand people have bad days at work and it can be hectic... but there is absolutely NO reason to be disrespectful. She literally tossed menus on the table and ran away, not to mention she never said hello before seating us. Do not work with the public if you do not have the personality to do so. I hope I don't encounter Ms. Grumpy Gills in a kimono on my next visit.
