My drink was wrong and food was barely warm.
Wonderful service...very nice staff...consistantly good food
When done right its great. But often my steak is not cooked to my order. Manager always makes it right on our check and that is very much appreciated and lets me know im valued as a customer.
Sept 21,2017 My husband and I went here for the first time very disappointed in the service. Our waitress. Ran by our table twice stopped and said need any thing and kept going never waited for reply. Finally third time by I all but grabbed her and asked for the check and a box. She asked me is this one check or separate ? I just looked at her and shook my head.
The boneless ribeye is worth the price. The LARGE sweet potatoes were under done, but tasty once returned to remedy that.
My rice was ice cold when it was brought out, the salmon was also cold. The waitress was just not attentive. She would disappear for long periods of time, say she was coming back with drinks, and then not come back. The broccoli was not fully steamed. Maybe it was an off day.
Very disappointed. Should have went next door to Applebee's.
Update: 12/24. All our food was great! Excellent service!
You would think from this story they were busy or short handed. But no they weren't busy and plenty staff. Found them twice all laughing and talking I. A corner.
