Hands down best restaurant experience. First time customer. We had seating within 30 seconds, and directly after being seated we were taken care of for drinks and an appetizer to be ordered. Our waiter was AMAZING. Sweet mid aged man. He asked us if we needed anything else (about 4 to 5 times while being there) and was very polite. After our food was delivered another man walked through and asked each table of customers if everything was going well for them. The food was delicious and served hot. My husband is EXTREMELY picky about restaurants and loved this place. :)
Our food was delicious. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the restaurant. Our waiter was courteous and knew the specials in detail. While we waited the greeter return to make sure we had been waited on. He also came back to wish us well as we were leaving. It was very clean and cozy. We will definitely dine there again when we are passing through.
Love this place.. apps are great and the meals are wonderful. Service is hit or miss but overall great place.
Went at 1:48 on Saturday afternoon. Took a few minutes to be seated (wasn't busy, staff just behind cleaning tables). Sat in bar area. Waitress was nice and polite. Ordered appetizer and a salad. Got app after 15 minutes. Then salad 10 minutes later. 2 other couples sat in bar after us and received food. At 2:45 we asked for check and wanted to leave because it was taking way too long to get food, and restaurant wasn't busy at all. Waitress said ok, then magically manager comes out with food 30 seconds later. He tried to argue we were only there 30 minutes. ( I kept track of time due to getting a text message as soon as I walked in). He claimed they wanted to give us an "experience " and not get all the food at once. Said I understand that, but waiting an hour overall for lunch is ridiculous. He kept wanting to argue...i said just bill us for app and drinks. He said it would be free. We will not be back anytime soon.
Went here with my family and was seated right away. The waitress was very friendly and quick with everything. All four of us ordered steak and they were all cooked correctly and seasoned well. I have been living in Evansville for a little over a year and have been surprised by the amount of steakhouses that cannot make a decent steak. I will definitely be returning!
