What a wonderful team!! I made a mistake and ordered to go catering last night for this morning but accidentally set the pick up for last night. When I got there this morning there wasn't anything to pick up and I freaked out. My boss was going to kill me! The team was absolutely wonderful in getting my order quickly amidst the ton of other people they were helping. I want to thank the whole team for fixing my mistake. A special thanks to Sydney you are wonderful!
If only the cleanliness of the store and the work ethic of the employees were as good as the food! Food on the floor EACH TIME we visit! Always have to inform the staff they are out of lemons. Consistently, with a line to the door, only one cashier working during peak hours. Trash seldom emptied so must be stacked on top. (WHY do the patrons have to clean their tables, anyway?) Usually very cool temp inside to where folks of all ages bring a jacket with them! If my husband did not like the broccoli cheddar soup so much, we would NEVER return. At our most recent visit, he admitted it's not worth it, either. Poor management. Poor corporate leadership.
Coffee, Food and people are good. New manager seems to care more about customer. Place is cleaner and warmer. Seems like he is putting customer first when it comes to temprature.
Great food and good prices. Unfortunately though, at this location in Evansville, IN, the tables, floors and booths are always a bit dirty, or I would have given 5 stars. I watched, what appeared to be, a manager broom off booth seats with the same broom he just swept the dirty floor. The table where we sat still had food stuck to it, as did the wall. I might be a little more understanding if we were there at a busy time, but this was around 3p. There were maybe 10 other patrons in the building. I really like Panera as a whole, but this location needs a little help.
Great place if you don't in eating with your coat and gloves on. Routine mid 60 degrees in the am. Even have ac on. Actually warmer outside in winter sometimes. Local manager does mot care. Have complained many times even to corp. They do not care. Been told workers get hot behind counter.
Food is always excellent. Service is always friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed to find all tables were dirty and napkins and other items were on the floor. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have seen this at this location.
