Called about a designed cupcake and they said they don't do that design... maybe you should change your name from cupcake by design. That's laugh able.
Staff very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Eager to help with my corporate party needs. Even helped out with my sweet tooth needs. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

The service was fantastic and the generosity was even better. She was very polite and I was on a budget. She was generous enough to give me an extra cookie so that I could get everything I wanted and didn't have to throw out any of the items I wanted to send to a precious mother on her son's anniversary of his death.
