Even though my dog was not a current patient (she usually lives in Louisville) and the schedule was double-booked, Dr. Kilbane made time to see her the day I called and treat her diarrhea. He had a great bedside manner, and was very helpful! I will definitely be returning!
Dr. Kilbane is amazing!!! My previous vet could never find out what was wrong with my sweet kitty and basically thought I was just paranoid and so he tossed diagnoses at me! I was tired of getting the run around and so a friend suggested Dr. Kilbane. I felt immediate warm vibes and that he truly loves his job working with animals! He listened and did not disregard me!! Most vets rush in and out of the room during and after exam but he makes you feel like your animal is his only patient....taking his time and also making sure you understand the plan of care!! He helped my sweet baby!!! We now have a new vet!!! :)
We decided to research for a new vet for Barney. Luckly someone recommended Advent! Even tho Barney is going through many health issues right now...Dr. Ramos has been excellent in making sure Barney is receiving the best care. She even calls or texts to check up on him after procedures & tests. My only regret is that we didn't find her sooner! I recommend anyone to take their furry, feathered or finned furbaby here.
I could not recommend this vet more! The staff are all wonderful, service is fast, and my vet was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, this place has my trust with my best friend.
