One of the best decisions you can make when serious about a visit somewhere is to hire Leah. Some mates and I spent 16 days in New Zealand, completely foreign to us and with no cell phone service, and had several mishaps and misadventures while we were there (including an earthquake that destroyed the ferry service we were going to take!). Instead of a lengthy process of phone calls back and forth to figure out what the heck was going on, we emailed Leah.
