We have had a climate-controlled unit at Washington Avenue Mini Storage since May. We moved down to southern Indiana from NW Indiana & didn't know where to go for a storage unit. We are so glad we picked Washington Ave Mini Storage! It is clean & well kept & everyone we have dealt with in the office has been friendly, curtious and very helpful. We have downsized our unit twice & each time it was done quickly with no problems at all! My husband & I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a good experience when renting a storage unit!
24 hr acess is good but they close toooo early
