The idea that the owner of the company would attend to my needs so thoroughly gives me great assurance that I have selected a wonderful contractor for my work.
May have the best customer service of any business, not just construction. Hometown service from a hometown guy. Jeff seems to remain very humble, and displays old school values that you just won't find anymore. Im not family nor a personal friend, but I sure couldnt tell. Top shelf quality as well.

Approximately 10 years after installing our roof, Jeff Head responded to our concern that something needed to be repaired on the roof. As soon as we called Jeff came to our house and diagnosed the problem. It was a cosmetic problem, (it wasn't leaking) but in true workman like manner Jeff set about making everything as good as new.

The condition the vehicles their employees have to ride in are unsafe and dangerous and they don't pay certain employees enough for the dangerous jobs they have to perform it's ridiculous!!! Whatever happen to OSHA?
