My package did not arrive early like it was supposed to. Y'all want to deliver after birthday party .Party is Dec 4th. Delivery on the 5th is not gonna to help out! 1Z888Y451306758295. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I have had 4 packages dropped off at neighbors houses rather than mine. I own two houses that sit side by side. UPS cannot seem to find one of them and either delivers to the wrong house, or makes me come to Evansville to pick the package up. This last time, they showed the package as delivered but it wasn't there. I called to explain that this had happened before and was told that if the driver says it was delivered to an address, it was. I was told that the driver wouldn't list a package as delivered to an address if they didn't verify it, but they would look into it and call me back in an hour. An hour and a half later, at 6:30 pm, I called them and was told the driver would stop by and see me yet that day and show me where he left the package. He never showed up. At 9:15 pm, a neighbor that lives down the block showed up with my package and said he just noticed it sitting by his door. I called UPS the next day and asked them why the driver didn't come by my house and all they said was that the log shows the package was delivered and I should contact the seller about it. When I told the UPS rep that my neighbor brought me the package and he hadn't seen the UPS driver either, they seemed to get concerned and said we need to file a complaint because this isn't right. She took down all of the information again and said the sort facility that the driver was dispatched out of, would call me yet that day to follow up. It's been two days and no follow up phone call. Imagine that......
Unsatisfactory they claim they attemped to deliver my package and never even came down my street. Smh. I wish i was able to pick my own carrier. UPS is so unreliable u have to clear your whole daycand sitca wait for something not yo show up. And dont bother calling Customer service they are located in SouthAmerica. And the local one is of no help either. Because they don't deal with deliveries.. Wtf. Really.

Always had great service here. Nothing but courteous, professional service. The people posting bad reviews should understand that delivery is not magic. Just because you want your package by a certain time and don't get it doesn't make these bad people. Later than expected / ESTIMATED delivery happens with any and all delivery services. More often than not, packages arrive earlier than estimated. Statistical fact. I agree this doesn't help when you order something really cool and the anticipation is killing, and it goes one day past estimated, can be maddening..Want your package early, order it to be delivered way before you need it,,,, the logistics of getting packages across country for so little $hipping charges is impressive and often taken for granted by the public.
The really sad part is that FedEx and USPS both have no problems finding either address. When I asked what I should do so that UPS could find both addresses, I was told to discuss it during the follow up call. You know, the one that never happened.
