Had my truck towed to the Evansville store. They got back with me and told me several things needed to be done of which one was to bake the DEF filter. Also had them service truck. Bill was a little over a $1,000. The next day the check engine light came on so I called and said since it was running ok just drop the next time we were in Evansville. #3-5 weeks later it was in the service department again for the same problem. I had them do 1 other thing which was wiring the marker lights to come on when the key was turned on and go off with key off. They also replaced a few lights and I got a bill for $200.00 more than the printed estimate called for and did not receive a call about the added amount. When I questioned them they said the person I talked to wasn't there when the added expense came up so I did not get a call. This time I spent $2500 of which appx $2000 was for the same problem I had before. Hasn't been a month and truck is down again and they want to charge me a 3rd time to repair the same problem. Either they are not sure of what they are doing or something. Very poor customer service.
I had kingpins done recently here. They did not do the alignment correctly. I burnt through a set of steers in less then 2500 miles.
Good service. It took a two days to fix my truck. They have good service. The workers are courteous and helpful but the price is a little high.
