After sending me documents with the incorrect information, I refused to electronically sign the paper. The money was taken out of my account today anyway. We will be filing a sheriff report and contacting a lawyer on Tuesday.

Don't waste your time. I didn't even need their minimum loan amount, own my car free and clear, had a cosigner and together we met every qualification. Above and beyond. They just don't do what they say and their staff is very uninterested and have no enthusiasm. Very condescending. Go to a credit union they actually want to loan money.
Don't go there. Talk about UGLY ATTITUDES. They should have stayed in Orange Park where the people were nice!
