When I walked in, the lady pulled at her coat and made me feel very uncomfortable. I told her we usually shave her belly, because it gets matted and dirty when we hike, but to not touch the rest. He continued to pull hard on her hair while examining her and was very rude. I should have walked right out and trusted my instinct. Ten minutes later, I was told, over the phone, they had cut her hair short. I was not happy, as we had not discussed cutting ANY length. When I came to pick her up, They would not even let me see her till we paid cash. When I saw her, I was in shock. She had been sheered to the skin. Her bread does not regulate body temperature, without their coat, and my 13 year old dog shakes uncontrollably, now, unless I am holding her. She will start to itch and it will bring her pain. They told me they did me a FAVOR because she was "matted". This was a lie. She gets groomed every month, combed once a morning, gets fed the best food money can buy and has an egg in her morning bowl, just to keep her gorgeous coat shiny. I took her to her vet right away to get her checked for unseen damage and they couldn't believe anyone would do such a thing to such a bearded collie. I will post this everyday and everywhere until this abusive business gets shut down, so they will no longer be able to harm any more defenseless dogs. Our family and vet and groomer are sickened by this act of abuse and negligence that they won't even apologize for. After looking up more reviews, I saw people posting about clipped and bleeding ears, vet trips, punching dogs repeatedly and strangulation. PLEASE SHARE and maybe help stop this from happening to someone else.

Had my dog cut here and have to say they cut my poor baby so short that she itched for 2 weeks while it grew back in. It looked ok, but seems it was a rush cut or amateur doing my baby. Not sure I will be back.
I called on December 26th with a grooming emergency for a neglected pet. The staff promptly returned my call and offered multiple times they would be willing to help. I was in within 48 hours and received excellent service. Better yet, my dog was loving on the groomer when I arrived to pick her up. I was exceptionally pleased with the level of service; I will be returning
