There is practically a constant thumping of bass resonating from the outside due to every passersby blaring music as loud as humanly possible. Doesn't matter if it's mid day or 3 A.M.
My biggest issue is the nightmarish tenant living above me. For months now I have several forms of documentation ranging from written times and days, to even several instances of recorded noise ranging from loud music, groups of people, and other nuisances. I've gone to the property management in person and via email with no avail. I've provided more than enough documentation proving they have violated the lease. So I'm now a prisoner in my apartment as I wait for the end of my lease.
The phrase, "You get what you pay for comes to mind." This place is filled with some less than desirable tenants to say the least.
EDIT - 2/24/17
Good luck trying to use the laundry facilities on property due to the overwhelming number of people using them. Or in an instance I faced a week ago, one tenant taking up each and every unit available.
And not to mention the domestic disputes (normally over children or money.)
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is groddy as hell, nasty and poorly maintained. When putting in a repair quest, they'll 'fix it' (duct tape it) instead of replacing it.
Also this place is anti-Union. I put a pro-Union sign in the window and they barked at me to take it down, I looked in the lease and it had nothing in the lease doing with signs in the window, I brought this up to the manager and she got really snarky and hateful and said "Well it's a company rule!", if it was a company rule, it would of been on the lease.
I've lived here for two years. I haven't had any real problems. The people in my building really minded their own business. The only problem I had was when my neighbors kids would scratch up my car. The landlord is friendly and shows her concern. Although they are very watchful, almost too watchful at times, everything flows the way it should. If you follow the rules and mind your own business you won't have any problems here. The apartments are a livable size , the prices aren't bad at all and the location isn't bad either because you can pretty much walk to Walmart. Although I am glad to be leaving, I enjoyed my time here.
Very pretty, indoor pool, exercise room, tennis courts, gender specific saunas. BUT they have quite a mouse problem...
Great place to live. Very nice manger, Secretary and maintenance men are very nice.
The property manager and leasing specialist are both nice and curteous. They are also quick to address concerns but rules don't seem to be reinforced so unless you can't afford more, I'd say steer clear. Would give 0 stars if at all possible. My review will stay unless a solution if offered to my current situation. (Highly doubt it.)
There is a maintenance man who is rude as hell and complains every time he has to come in and fix something (sorry dude, it's your job) and he gets hateful about it and must of said something to the manager and now they're going to 'inspect' my apartment. This place SUCKS. STAY AWAY!
