Chris and staff are wonderful
As a fellow Evansville groomer, I have a lot of respect for Chris and her crew. They're caring, hard working, and take pride in their work! Their shop is clean & organized; it runs like a well oiled machine! You can rest easy knowing they'll take excellent, knowledgeable care of you fur baby!
My Chilli-Bean loves going there as he gets very excited when we park and get ready to go in.
Horrible experience! My wife called and they quoted us $45 dollars for a poddle who is 8 months old. We had taken him in 2 months earlier and they charged us $60. I get there to pay and they tell me it is going to cost $75. I told them what they had told my wife and they said well he has grown in the last two months. And he was matted so that's why it cost more. Just isn't very good when you quote someone a price and then charge them $30 more dollars when they get there, even when he is in your system. Also my wife dropped him off at 9 a.m. and I stopped by there after 5 p.m. and he still was not done they had just started on him. I didn't leave tell around 6. Just a really bad job. I don't like paying $75 for you to cut my dogs hair in less then 20 minutes.
Very reasonable rates. Great grooming service. I only trust Chris’s with my service dog.
I have no complaint about the treatment of my animal but they did not follow instructions and did a very poor job of grooming my pets. When I expressed my disappointment the lady behind the counter was very rude, not the way to handle customers, I won't be back.
