They replaced our main coming into our house. They left the trenches open as well as busting open the sidewalk. We called and asked if this is normal. They told us they "Don't do landscaping". Ok. I covered they pipe with dirt and fix the sidewalk. A year later our pipe is freezing outside not allowing us to get water inside. I called, Tom called me back. Before I could even get to the problem, I had described the trench being left open. He immediately called me liar. He said that wasn't his policy. I said that may be true but that's what happened. I found tom to be completely unreasonable and unwilling to help. He asked if I took pictures and without pictures I have no proof. Other then the frozen pipe, the scar in our yard, over a thousand dollar reciept, the repaired sidewalk, This comment, and satisfaction of knowing that we will never be unsatisfied with his work again because we will never use him again.
P.S. I will gladly reevaluate my post after a couple of days depending how my concern is handled. So, if you don't see an amended post, then expect this type of service from this company.
