Waited over an hour for our food at 3pm, so it was not busy at all. When it finally came, my pasta had a chunk of a broken plate in it. Brought it to the servers attention and she told me she would immediately have her manager take care of it and have another pasta made for me. Waited another 30 min only to be charged for both. Was resolved in the end, but not worth the 2 hours that was spent. Not to mention the food tasted like a microwaved frozen dinner
We did not like it .are food was cold. Waitress spilled some of my husband food on the table .I always wanted to go their. My husband surprise me on are date night .we where unhappy .
Food is not on par with other locations such as the Owensboro store. Paid extra for extra breadsticks and never got them. This has happened MANY MANY TIMES. FIGURE OUT HOW TO COUNT BREADSTICKS YOU BRAIN-DEAD PASTA SLINGERS.
Service was great, hostess were friendly. Food was hot and well prepared. I wish I could remember my servers name, he was outstanding.
I went to Olive Garden expecting fresh, delicious food, only to find I was eating K rations like I was about to storm the beaches of Normandy. The service there was like watching a bunch of retards (intellectually disabled) try to hump a door knob. I would rather go to an amusement park in Ohio then go back to this restaurant where getting a meal is about as efficient as taking a bus full of blind kids to an art convention.
