So this machine is good if you have small loads and don't do much laundry, however if you wash bulky items it takes several attempts at spin cycle to get them dry. I am bringing mine back to swap for 4.2 capacity bc I need more space. It's a good washer overall for the price and it's quiet. No fabric softener dispenser is another drawback.

At my last scheduled cleaning, there was a problem with the equipment, so my cleaning was delayed for about an hour from the scheduled time.

after showing late which I could live with because they called. Now they wanted me to pay way more money. All they cared About was upselling me. I tried to explain I was on a fix income and not lot if extra money but they proceeded to tell me I was basically wasted my money if i didn't add this protection. my carpet 15 years old I just want it clean and feel good about something. Thanks for nothing. spent 150 dollars which they where here for like 30 min. Wants they heard no they got rude and could not get out fast enough.
