I love state farm, I've had them for over ten years. Every other office I've ever worked with has been outstanding. So naturally when I moved back to Indiana and got a place with my boyfriend, I bragged about how awesome state farm is and how I've never had any problems with the people and I wouldn't switch because I've been with them so long, etc, so my boyfriend switched his insurances to state farm so we would get the multi-vehicle discount on top of the multi-policy and the rest...
It took them a few months to get our auto policies straight/corrected after they screwed them up during the transfer from my previous agent.
They didn't get all of my accounts and I had to follow up AGAIN.
I once scheduled a meeting with them in a Saturday and she was late.

They sent me a postcard saying to come in to review everything to see if we can update/save but when I called she told me Don didn't come in til noon the next day and wouldn't be there at all the day after (on my only week of a late enough shift to be able to come in). She told me she would talk to him and call me back - - she never did.
