After one of their employees failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign, he followed me up to the next stop and began blaring his horn and screaming at me from his window of his work vehicle. I thought the business owners would like to know what kind of advertising he was providing for them but when I called, the man that answered told me since the vehicle was following me and I was unable to tell him a truck number there was no way of knowing which employee it was. No apology. No concern about an employee engaging in road rage with another driver. No concern for the unsafe driving that began his road rage. He simply told me I was being rude (I wasn't at all, and have a copy of the conversation), refused to let me give him the information I DID have, and hung up on me. It's a scary situation to be a female driver alone except your baby and have a "professional" adult man scream at you and honk at you from a huge truck, especially when HE WAS IN THE WRONG. Shame on Ritzerts for supporting this behavior!!!
