These people are unbelievable. They go over and beyond what was expected from them. Not only that but their work is just awesome as they care about the job they are doing and about the people they are doing the work for. They have cleaned out our lake and made it look better than it has ever looked. Would highly recommend them to anyone that has work required in their field... Awesome Company..
Excellent work. Entire septic bed (Presby system) and tank replacement. Its been a year now and everything is going great. Ryan developed a great plan and led a hard working crew the entire time. He never complained and answered all my questions (it was a lot) promptly and with thought. He adapted immediately to problems that arose and changes that needed to be made. His final grade on the property was very good also. Prices are very competitive as well. Recommend him to everyone I talk to. Thanks Ryan.
I had recently purchased a home and the septic system was less than adequate. I was referred to Gray's Underground and they came out and assessed the issue and began work right away. They kept me up-to-date on project status until completion. If you ever have septic issues, call Gray's. Most outstanding customer service in town and at a price no one could beat.
I have used Grays Underground 2 times now. The first time I was impressed as well as the 2nd time. The first time was a bridge repair that no one wanted to fix except Grays Underground. The 2nd was a storm drainage pipe that was estimated to be about 13 ft. down and only 12 ft. of collapse, The 12 feet turned into about 45 feet, but they handled it all with ease and was very prompt and knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.
We had a septic inspection company tell us we had a hole in our tank and would need a new one. I googled to see if there were any repair companies around and found RL Gray. I gave him a call and he came out the same day to see/discuss the problem. A few days later (due to the insane amount of rain we had), they came out and started digging to assess the tank. Luckily there was not a hole but instead problems draining. The crew came out the next day to fix the issues and replace our pipes. They kept us informed during the work and made suggestions of what needed done. A company could have come out and sold us an entire new septic system which would have been $$$ but they were honest, quick, and saved us a lot of money.
