They built us a 2 1/2 car garage about 1 1/2 years ago. They did a great job. Chuck was great to work with. Garage met all expectations and more. Garage still looks great.
If you actually need work done, make sure you change your name to someone well-known in the area or you will never get a call back. You will waste your time and be blown off to the point of waiting to no avail. Mr. Hobgood himself seems like a really nice man, but customer service is non-existent. I had Chuck Nall come to my house and take measurements, had 811 come paint my yard, put down flags, etc. Chuck said he'd call me back in 2-3 days. 1 month later and after I've called back twice...still NOTHING. It's pretty much like every other local business. If you don't know someone, you're screwed. There's no such thing as professionalism. It's the good-ole boy network who cares nothing about growing a customer base. If you didn't grow up here, you are irrelevant. They don't care about more business, just enough to keep them busy. It's the arrogance of having lived here forever.
