I ordered shoes online and accidentally clicked the wrong size , I didn't realize it until 15 minutes later and I called customer service. The guy told me he Couldn't do anything about it that I wouldn't have to go get them exchanged at the nearest zumiez. Took them 2 days to even ship my order. Went into zumiez to get the correct size , asked for a 7.5 guy told me that I should get a 7. They didn't even have any in store , then the guy told me that he could exchange them , told me the shoes he gave me options from were non-canvas which is what I was needing for skating. Then he failed to mention that they were 25$ more. Then I go home and my boyfriend told me that they were canvas. Ts0907
