I ordered a custom polo shirt on 6/16/16 expecting it within about 4 weeks as the website promised. I call after about 5 or 6 weeks wondering where my shirt is, and being informed that the company is back ordered to 8 weeks. I informed the customer service reps that I ordered the shirt for a specific event on 8/20/16 and NEED it by then. I decided then to just have them customize a different shirt that could be done faster as the deadline for my event was fast approaching. The shirt was promised to me by 8/19/16. The promise was not delivered. I called today to find that they haven't even received the shirt to do the work and ship it. I had to miss a very important event because I did not recieve the shirt as guaranteed. I am unsure how this company makes any money when they can't even get a shirt shipped in. It has now been 9 weeks from the order date and they don't even have a shirt to work on. Furthermore, no one called me to tell me that there was an issue. Every time I got an update, it was when I called them. I am very disappointed with this company. I will be sure to tell anyone who needs custom shirts to avoid Siegels Uniforms. It is not worth 2 and a half months of their time.
Uniforms for police, fire and ems! They also let you charge your purchases to an account which is awesome. They do alterations also!
