I guess they have okay trendy clothes. The wait for them to process items can be pretty long. They are very subjective about what they accept, and each location accepts docent styles. The employees can be rude.
Great business that has been running for years. As someone who has worked for a Winmark Corporation franchise before, I can tell you its not easy dealing with customers looking to trade/sell their old items for cash and how angry they get when they hear the price of what they are getting for their items. Their items are always priced at a more than reasonable price along with their great customer loyalty program/rewards system that this place is great place to browse and shop quickly even on a weekly basis if you want. Always can make grest finds at this store.

They only buy and sell lightly used trendy clothing. Not as many bargains as I had hoped. The great thing is they sort your clothes right in front of you and tell you immediately what they will buy them for. They pay you right then.
