Staff is helpful & pleasant. Book I wanted wasn't in stock. Offered digital option if I needed it right away or they could order it for me. Cafe staff friendly & menu items yummy. Tried a seasonal latte that I enjoyed. Many of the staff seemed to be long time employed, which says good things about the company, this location & the employee's themselves. One of the few 2nd storied stores in the system. The music section sells vinal too, which was a suprise being as books are their primary focus. Lots of room to sit & read if you choose. Great space for meeting & book clubs. The schedule seems full of those options.

Great place to buy both new and classic books from or if you are just wanting a place to do some research and get a cup of coffee. Also a great place to take kids it has a great children's section. Whatever your needs are this place will fit them.
