As a member of the regional cycling community, I think it is extremely important to support our Local Bicycle Shops (LBS). Scheller's makes purchasing local an easy decision versus buying online. Though you might find some deals here or there shopping online, you miss out on the experience of dealing with your LBS. Scheller's has an amazing selection of equipment, in fact, I think they have everything you could possibly need from the very best manufacturers...the stuff that the pros use. And, if they don't have something you want, they can get it in short order. The staff is extremely friendly, and what I've noticed most about their approach, is that they take time with each individual customer, as if they are VIPs. I'm a huge fan of Sheller's and look always to give them my business, first!
I bought a Trek Hybrid at Scheller's in Evansville about a year ago. Today, I went back & bought a Trek Road bike. Earl Smith & Brandon Dodd are extremely professional & friendly. Earl helped me select both bikes, but both Earl & Brandon have helped me several times during the past year. I love the service that Scheller's provides. Earl was even kind enough to take a photo of me on my bike, so that I could post it on fb for my friends to see.
Kyle and team turned a 1 star into 5. They went above and beyond to make everything right and then some. Highly recommend.
