staff rude, very slow to respond, stated we would get info in mail in two weeks it has been two months, still nothing, no one answers the phone ,EVER! ridiculous

Lady was SUPER rude. I was just going to make a payment and all she had to do was just accept my check. It was already made out, but she wouldn't, said there were signs that said had to have an appointment and there was NO one else there, so it wasn't like she was busy. Would of taken less than 5 minutes of her time. She didn't need to be so rude. I will never go there again. I wish I could of given NO stars
Three weeks before an April deadline there is only one customer service specialist helping customers. Few would be customers left.
